Background in front office call centres, administrative, or customer service roles.
Strong commitment to delivering quality customer service over the phone.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including patience, clarity, and empathy in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
