The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing role is responsible for managing our key white label partner channels to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. This role will execute and optimise marketing campaigns and projects with some of Australia’s well-known brands to ensure we meet joint KPIs and leads/sales targets. The Partnerships Manager will be a proactive, strategic and hands-on individual, who can work cross-functionally across internal and external teams to deliver strong outcomes for both the partners and the business.
Key Accountabilities
· Management of key partner channels:

- Manage the white label partner channel, including full account management and execution.
- Deliver key targets, including leads volumes, new business sales and cost of acquisition targets.
- Act as a subject matter expert in white label partner and campaign management, continually looking to test, trial and innovate to optimise campaigns and deliver stretch outcomes.
· Marketing planning and execution:

- Strategically plan and project manage end to end omni-channel campaigns, across all key NobleOak white label partners. This includes paid and owned marketing channels, communications, lead generation and retention initiatives and reporting.
- Lead and deliver high quality legally compliant acquisition marketing materials with clear and compelling offers, delivering on time, on budget and cost-effectively.
· Project management & collaboration:

- Manage key partners, agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of campaigns on time and on budget.
- Collaborate and manage Risk, Legal, Sales and Client Solutions teams within projects and BAU activities to deliver on key deliverables required to meet partner KPIs.
· Performance management & reporting:

- Monitor partner campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI) and deliver actionable insights to internal teams and partners.
- Manage budgets, campaign costs, capital planning, accruals, and invoicing to ensure acquisition costs stay within targets.
- Support quarterly business reviews and other reporting requirements, providing clear performance updates and recommendations.
- Identify and drive opportunities for performance optimisation through hands-on analysis and data-led insights.

Experience & Qualifications
· 7+ years’ experience in marketing campaign management.
· 5+ years’ experience managing partners and agencies including contract management, paid and customer marketing planning and reporting.
· Experience working across financial services products and services in a heavily regulated environment.
· Competent across working key software such as Microsoft Office Salesforce, Power BI and/or Dynamics 365 and other relevant customer management tools.
