This key role is responsible for delivering omni-channel marketing campaigns across NobleOak’s partners and supporting the NobleOak marketing team to deliver growth. The role supports and drives campaign strategy, creative execution, and performance reporting, while maintaining strong relationships with key partners to ensure delivery against lead and sales targets.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Marketing Specialist provides insights to optimise performance, oversees campaign budgets, and supports the development of high-quality customer content. The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in upholding NobleOak’s high-performance culture and brand values, working collaboratively across teams with integrity, accountability, and energy.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Campaign management:
    • Strategically plan and project manage omni-channel campaigns across NobleOak channels and partners. Lead and deliver high quality and legally compliant acquisition marketing materials with clear and compelling USPs and offers.
    • Create and manage key campaigns from concept to post-delivery. This includes planning, designing, copywriting and managing approvals across key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partnership management:
    • Manage a portfolio of NobleOak’s partners, driving partner engagement and planning activity. Present key reporting metrics to drive clear campaign outcomes and delivery of KPI’s including lead volumes, new business sales targets and cost of acquisition.
  • Brand and proposition management:
    • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all campaigns and partner activity, reinforcing NobleOak’s brand promise and customer value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Content: Assist management and delivery of key customer content to drive optimal customer experience for NobleOak and related partners. This includes content for web pages, emails, customer tools, social posts, webinars and articles
  • Reporting: Provide key reports and post campaign analysis to partners and internal stakeholders using D365 and Power Bi on items such as delivery to cost, quality and business metrics including insights, learnings and recommendations.
  • Budget management: Management of partner campaign costs, budget delivery and capital across partners and other relevant campaigns including budget planning, forecasting accruals and invoicing to ensure budget is delivered on.
  • Culture champion: Like all NobleOak roles, this role must be a strong ambassador and champion of the NobleOak high performance culture and brand values displaying positivity, energy and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and building on a positive and engaging diverse team dynamic.

Desired Skills and Experience

Capabilities

  • Campaign expertise and knowledge across omni-channels
  • An understanding of websites/digital marketing and how to deliver customer centric content
  • Immediate to advanced writing and design skills
  • Technical competency across website CMS platforms, reporting platforms and design programs to enable end to end campaigns 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Commercially and analytically minded
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • A natural flair for creativity and a passion for design and innovation

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in campaign delivery and content management
  • Experience managing stakeholders and external partners and/or agencies
  • Experience working across Microsoft Office, CRM systems i.e. D365 or Salesforce, reporting platforms i.e. Google Analytics or Power BI, CMS systems i.e. WordPress and design tools including InDesign and Photoshop
  • A marketing, communications, design or related qualification
