Job Description
What you’ll do
Respond to inbound customer calls and provide accurate, helpful information
Support customers through effective problem solving and negotiation
Keep clear and accurate records of customer interactions
Participate in training and development to stay across products and compliance standards
Work towards KPIs while delivering high quality customer experiences
Contribute positively to our team culture and values
What you’ll bring
Experience in a customer focused role (call centre, customer service or similar)
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Confidence handling phone based conversations with empathy and clarity
A solutions oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and build constructive working relationships
