The Talent & Development Coordinator plays a key role in delivering recruitment and learning initiatives that support NobleOak’s people strategy. This position manages end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding processes, and administers learning programs to build capability across the organisation. The role ensures compliance through accurate data management and visa checks, while fostering a positive candidate and employee experience.

Working closely with the Senior Manager, Talent & Development, this role partners to deliver recruitment and learning initiatives across the organisation. The Talent & Development Coordinator embeds programs, enhances employee capability, and drives continuous improvement. The role also provides support to the broader People & Culture team when required, ensuring flexibility and cross-coverage through shared systems and processes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate screening, and offer support.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including updating trackers and systems, induction scheduling, and exit documentation, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions. This includes maintaing and updating people systems and platforms to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  4. Administer Learning & Development programs by scheduling sessions, managing enrolments, tracking completion, and preparing reports for the People & Culture team.
  5. Perform visa VEVO checks and pre-employment checks such as police, bankruptcy, employment, reference, and working rights checks, and any other required checks to maintain compliance.
  6. Deliver against agreed metrics and OKRs, maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service across all recruitment and learning activities.
  7. Champion NobleOak’s high-performance culture and values, fostering positivity, integrity, and collaboration while building an inclusive, engaged, and growth-oriented team environment.
  8. Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and reporting in the People and Culture team.

  7. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, compliance, and sustainable delivery.

Experience & Qualifications

  1. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
  2. 2+ years’ experience in a talent, HR or recruitment support role.
  3. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or people databases.
  4. Exposure to recruitment sourcing and L&D administration.
