Role Summary 

You will own the end-to-end marketing engine of the FiftyUp Club to drive member growth, engagement, and revenue. You’ll create compelling content, and own partner relationships with top tier brands across multiple industries including financial services, utilities and travel.  

You’ll also automate and optimise lead nurture campaigns for NobleOak Life, working closely with the wider marketing team.  

Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Campaign management: Create, build and manage end to end campaigns, utilising CRM (D365) and CMS (WordPress) tools to create high quality marketing assets including landing pages, social media content, email marketing, paid ads and video scripts. Work closely with the performance marketing team to improve new member sign up through paid social campaigns. 

  • Project planning: Create detailed campaign roadmaps, including timelines, budgets, and performance metrics. 

  • Partner management: Manage and grow relationships with key partners across insurance, travel, utilities and financial services to develop compelling offers and campaign strategies. 

  • Growing the pipeline: Identify and bring on new partners relevant to the FiftyUp Club that add value for the base and drive new member sign up and engagement 

  • Performance optimisation: Analyse key metrics, report on campaign effectiveness to both internal and external partners, provide actionable insights - and optimise campaigns for best results. Leverage analytics to enhance customer targeting and improve campaign outcomes. 

  • Lead nurture automation: Create and optimise lead nurture journeys: Working closely with the UX/CX specialist and Technology team, you’ll brainstorm and set up NobleOak Life email journeys, triggers and flows which drive strong customer outcomes and conversion.  

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience & Qualifications  

  • 4+ years’ experience in campaign management, email marketing and social media marketing 

  • Demonstrated ability to brainstorm and build effective customer friendly email marketing journeys 

  • Strong project management experience  

  • Experience managing stakeholders and external partners to drive strong commercial outcomes 

  • A relevant marketing or related qualification
