The Role 

We're looking for a Technical Development Lead to lead the design, build and ongoing evolution of a strategic multi-tenant digital platform that supports NobleOak and our growing partner ecosystem. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our customer and partner technology experiences.  

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines software engineering, architecture, platform delivery and people leadership. You'll set technical direction, drive architectural decisions, lead a small team of developers, and work closely with business stakeholders and partners to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality digital solutions.

What You'll Be Doing 

As the Technical Development Lead, you'll be responsible for: 

• Designing and maintaining a scalable, multi-tenant platform architecture that supports multiple partners  

• Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams and partners to translate requirements into clear technical solutions  

• Leading the delivery of platform initiatives from planning through to production release 

• Defining API integration patterns and ensuring secure, resilient connections with internal and external systems  

• Establishing engineering standards across code quality, testing, accessibility, performance and security 

• Owning CI/CD pipelines and release management processes 

• Driving the effective use of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery outcomes  

• Managing platform deployment and operations across Microsoft Azure environments  

• Leading and mentoring Frontend Developers, supporting capability uplift and delivery excellence  

• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across engineering practices, processes and platforms
