Drive Innovation Through Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
We're seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join NobleOak on a 8-month fixed-term contract to support the ongoing development and optimisation of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.
This is a hands-on role working across business analysis, platform support, solution design and delivery. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver practical, low-code solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting and enhancing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
Gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
Configuring Power Platform enhancements
Creating functional and technical documentation
Coordinating testing, UAT and release activities
Partnering with stakeholders to drive solution delivery and adoption
Supporting Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
3-5 year’s experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience translating business requirements into technical and functional designs.
Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management and platform governance.
Experience supporting testing, UAT and release management activities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
Highly Regarded
Experience within financial services, insurance or regulated environments.
Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience.
Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) and release governance.
