As the Campaign Marketing Executive, you will primarily drive the execution and optimisation of email and social media campaigns to generate leads and enhance membership value. This role constitutes 80% of your duties, focusing on using digital marketing expertise to achieve results efficiently and in compliance with brand standards. The remaining 20% involves specialised tasks such as detailed analytics and content management. This role requires adaptability, creativity, and a strong analytical approach.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Execution and Optimisation (80%):
    • Lead end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, particularly through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital platforms.
    • Analyse key metrics, report on campaign effectiveness, and optimise campaigns for best results using advanced analytics to enhance customer targeting and improve outcomes.
    • Create and manage high-quality content for various platforms, including video scripts, with an emphasis on digital ads and social media posts.
    • Enhance membership value of club and attract new members.
  2. Strategic and Analytical Support (20%):
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing and business goals.
    • Utilise CRM and CMS tools to manage content updates and customer interactions effectively, enhancing the overall customer relationship management process.
    • Monitor and ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and standards to maintain brand integrity and trust.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: At least 4 years in campaign management with a focus on email marketing, social media marketing, and data-driven marketing (B2C preferred).
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability in performance analysis and campaign optimisation; proficiency in using analytics platforms to gauge campaign success.
  • Content Creation Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience in crafting engaging and persuasive content; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is beneficial.
  • Adaptability: Quick adaptation to market trends and insights, including leveraging AI as a marketing tool.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicative abilities for both internal coordination and external engagement.

About you

  • Ideally, 4+ years of campaign management, email marketing, social media marketing, CRM and data-driven marketing experience (B2C experience preferred)
