The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our Claims team and play a key role in managing complex claims while providing technical leadership, coaching, and quality oversight across the broader team.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced claims professional who enjoys solving complex problems, supporting others to succeed, and influencing high-quality customer outcomes. You will apply your advanced claims expertise, professional judgement, and customer advocacy skills to guide complex cases, support capability development, and help embed NobleOak's claims philosophy, quality standards, and values in everyday practice.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Senior Case Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting claims excellence across NobleOak, including:

Working closely with reinsurers, medical practitioners, rehabilitation providers, advisers, and internal stakeholders to support effective claim management.

Identifying trends, systemic issues, and opportunities to improve claims outcomes, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
What You Bring

Experience providing technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, or quality assurance support within a claims environment.

Deep knowledge of life insurance claims best practices, relevant legislation, regulatory obligations, and industry trends.
