About You: 

You'll bring extensive rehabilitation experience together with a passion for improving customer outcomes and building capability in others. 

To be successful, you'll have: 

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant rehabilitation discipline. You might be an OT or Vocational Counsellor. 

• Current professional registration or membership   

• At least five years' vocational rehabilitation experience including within a life insurance framework  

• Strong expertise in biopsychosocial assessment, vocational rehabilitation, return-to-work planning and customer-centred rehabilitation practice across a range of professional occupations 

• Experience contributing to strategy, program development or capability uplift initiatives. 

• Strong stakeholder engagement, coaching and communication skills.  

• The ability to use data and insights to drive better rehabilitation outcomes.  

• Experience within Australian life insurance, rehabilitation leadership roles and ALUCA membership will be highly regarded.
