AI Execution Lead

We are seeking a hands-on AI Execution Lead to join NobleOak on a 6-month contract and drive the delivery of our highest-priority AI initiatives. 

This role is focused on execution, not strategy. Reporting to the Head of IT & AI, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Operations and Technology teams to ensure AI initiatives are delivered efficiently, adopted by frontline teams and improve customer and business outcomes. 

The ideal candidate will bring experience from financial services, insurance, banking or similar customer-focused industries, together with a strong background working within contact centre sales environments. 

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Leading 3-4 cross-functional AI delivery squads across the business. 

  • Driving the implementation of AI solutions across sales, service and underwriting functions. 

  • Partnering with business leaders to improve lead conversion, sales productivity and customer engagement. 

  • Identifying opportunities to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency. 

  • Improving contact centre performance through AI-enabled tools and capabilities. 

  • Supporting optimisation of customer journeys, digital funnels and sales processes. 

  • Tracking outcomes, managing delivery priorities and maintaining momentum across multiple initiatives. 

Desired Skills and Experience

About You 

To be successful, you'll have: 

  • Proven experience working in a contact centre sales environment. 

  • Experience leading digital, transformation or AI initiatives from concept through to implementation. 

  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management and conversion optimisation. 

  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • A hands-on approach with the ability to operate at pace and drive outcomes. 

Highly regarded: 

  • Life insurance, banking or broader financial services experience. 

  • Experience in AI-enabled sales or service environments. 

  • Contact centre operational leadership experience. 

  • Agile delivery experience. 

  • Experience with sales analytics, propensity modelling or customer journey optimisation.
